2011 is ending soon..... can you believe it? Soon enough we will be celebrating Chinese New Year!
For me, 2011 was packed like a subway train during peak hours minus the bad BO of course. This is the year where i have learnt a lot. I am not sure if all that i have experienced is due to me being a quarter century old that the universe decides to impart some wisdom now? Hmm... who knows.... but i'll take it :)
Some unforgettable experiences:
Heli ride which landed on a glacier (NZ)
Playing with snow for the first time.
Wearing the wrong shoes (-10 celcius)
Climbing Mt Fuji
In short, its an eventful year in all aspects: started a new job in early 2011, got braces (crossing my fingers to get it off in 2012), got a detached retina out of a sudden (not a good thing but i am recovering from my surgery hopefully just in time for a good start to celebrate the new year), traveled to a couple of places which is always a great thing for me, shifted house with my family and gazillion more things which i can't seem to remember now. Most importantly i think i have grown and what's even more important..... being thankful for my family, friends, boyfriend, colleagues for making the happy times memorable and the unbearable times more bearable.
Anyways, another year another adventure!
2012 here i come!
